Andrew has presided over 30 jury trials including cases involving murder, PBLs, and multi-million dollar civil litigation cases. Andrew uses his trial experience to his advantage not only in the courtroom but at the negotiating table, where he secures favorable deals on behalf of his clients.
You’d only be able to catch glimpses of his diverse life in casual conversation as he is far too modest to ever bring attention to his numerous accomplishments.
What might you overhear in a conversation with Andrew or among his associates?
You’d likely hear mention of his legendary cooking skills and addiction to dark chocolate, his love for playing soccer and his two favorite sports teams, Manchester United and the FSU Seminoles, or his puppy named Bailey and his daughter Anna’s upcoming 5th birthday or how his son Benjamin, now 2, is starting to get into all sorts of shenanigans, and his incredible skills at the guitar.
However, above all else what people notice that stands out about Andrew is his love for connecting and helping people.
It’s the same dedication and passion for making the world a better place that was instilled in him by his 3rd generation Tampian family.
That’s also what motivated him to get his B.A. at FSU before going on to get his law degree at Stetson University College of Law.
The value of hard work and helping others taught him growing in the local family business owned since 1928 served him well as he started out his law career.
Within one year of becoming a prosecutor, he tried his first murder case. He’s now successfully presided over 30 jury trials including cases involving murder, PBLs, and multi-million dollar civil litigation cases.
Andrew Mallory is excited to be one of the newest members at Denmon & Denmon Law Firm and eager for the challenge of finding new ways to help his hometown find the ultimate legal consultation and solutions.
